We will not sell, share, or rent your Mobile Opt-in data to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information and consent obtained for SMS messaging will be used only for communications related to Quantum Health services and patient interactions.

Quantum Health may offer online appointment scheduling. When you submit your name, contact information, and requested appointment time:

• That information is treated as Protected Health Information.
   
• We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.
   
• Electronic communications such as email may carry inherent privacy risks unless encrypted.
  If you prefer not to schedule online, you may call the office directly.

If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with:
